Hey guys, I've been using your AD-3 pct for about a week now and I've been getting some gnarly headaches. I backed off the dosage from 3-2 and they still haven't stopped. Any suggestions? Can I split the dose? (One in morning, one at night)

I stopped using it sat and sun to see if it was indeed the ad-3 and sure enough the headaches went away only to come back Tuesday morning after Monday nights dose.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Sorry to hear how this is working out for you. This is the first time we have had ANY feedback that you have mentioned.
You can try to split them up 1 am & 1 pm and please let us know how that works out for you.

Definitely will do.

I think of may have to do with the cortisol inhibition as I get the same kind of headache with another supplement with the same active ingredient, and anything with 7bOH or 7aOH. Ill split the dose and let you know what happens.

Hey marms, if I stack mass high with ad-3 could it be too much l-dopa or will I be good?
