Hello, I am looking to lean up for summer. I am on a high Protien -Low carb diet. Doing about 45 min cardio 4 times a week and lifting 4 times a week. I was wondering what you thought about using pheramax and M-TRN to help with recomp? Would these be good choices and at what dosege? I am 6 245. Thanks.
 
Those would be good, but try the mega-trn/mega-zol stack instead. It will be more useful in helping drop bodyfat, and maintain size/strength during your caloric deficit.

i think because of your weight a higher than normal starting dose would be needed...
 
I'd say MTRN @ 4mg and Mega Zol @ 150mg for the start of the cycle, then bump up accordingly if need be. At least that's what I plan on doing.
