Here's my measurements, do I sound proportionate for my height?

I'm 6'2'', 216lbs, 13-14% bodyfat. Neck:17'' Shoulders: 56'' Chest: 46'' Arms: 17.25''(cold and flexed) Waist: 34'' Legs:25.5'' Calves: 16'' I'm at a point where I'm considering doing recomp but i'd like to be nicely proportioned first.

I'm here! And the answer is... Yes! You are not proportionate! J/J!

I'm pretty sure I read an article posted here on AM with measurements based on height.

Without pictures it would be hard to say one way or another.
