I have been getting over some injuries as of late (leg, strained hip flexor, etc.. ) I will update these in a month or so when I have some better and more complete pics. As you can see, I am holding some water in these....

thanks ya'll. Not competing soon. I am dieting down a bit as of late and will be going into overdrive (with some "goodies" that I have not used in almost 3 yrs) after I return from my memorial day vegas trip. I have a photo shoot mid summer.

Thanks everyone. 6'0" and 219-220 right now. As far as back width goes, (which I need to work on) gravitron pullups like a motha....

Thanks. Preparing for a shoot, not a contest, according to my prep guy. This works for me, as I will not have to get quite as lean as for a show :thumbsup:
