Looks solid - I'm almost out of my normal multi anyway. I sent it to some friends for further review as well.

Just went through it. I really like the "why?" Box. I think that's the coolest thing. The site was a bit hard to navigate on mobile. Until I actually started the assessment portion. Seems inexpensive and I like the autoship feature, for someone like my dad who forgets to buy fish oil and other heart health supps every time he runs out, this could be a cool feature. Is a discount offered with the monthly autoship?

Overall it's a cool idea, and as long as all the products are good quality it should go over very well.

Yeah the autoship gives you a 10% discount, so that's pretty awesome in and of itself. I, too, had a hard time on mobile, so I had to get on a computer to take the assessment. You should let your dad know about the site and the product! I'm looking forward to seeing how mine pans out. I only selected some of the optional supports, so when my money is better, I'll add the rest of them in.
 
Switching squats and pulls this week, so I did a DE day (kinda).

405x1 Pretty sure it was my first 400lb box squat. Moved pretty good.

Remove Belt and 2m Blue Arrows

Remove box, Add pause. Keep box squat style.

Add Reverse bands (doubled lights) and belt.

Add wraps
545x1

Took about 90 from the bottom, 0 from top which was more than I wanted, but the least I could get. The 545 moved better than 495. I'm just a knee wrap whore.

Cooked. Not conditioned to do ME/DE in the same week. Box squats were nice. I'm poppin pretty good off of it. Training partner beat his 1RM free squat off a box. I told him he must be a püssy on his free squats, I simply don't see any way a person should be better off of a box than not. GHRs were a miserable failure. Might take the box out from under the back end and just do 3x8 for a couple weeks, see if I don't bounce back.

Lol. You're right, Rob. I definitely blew my wad on the squats. I was just working speed and form, coaching one squatter, and coaching Crystal benching. I had my hands full and was kind of absentminded about my volume. Which is typical for me.
 
I'm Def not gona make the meet this year with this bench setback. I hope you kill it man. And you guys are some of the motivated, strong willed SOBs I know.

I'd love to see you there, man. Not pushing you into it, but bench and deadlift registration are separate unless you register as crossover, so you could still come just to pull on the sweetest damn deadlift bar I've used yet.
 
Just take a token bench if you have to. I'm doing my meet regardless. If I have to press 135, then so be it (I'm hoping my **** is better tho lol). Or like the Dude said, pull only. It's a good opportunity.

It's like you guys say, I'm trading sets with a guy who's hitting 545 raw off a 2-board and another guy who's hitting 540 shirted off a 1, you're gonna glean some knowledge, and you're gonna press the weight they tell you to press. I don't think I could have held more than 455 in my hands today, even with the slingshot on.

I like going to ME day every couple weeks, it's a good balance of overload and regular work. I'd like to get in a good shirt that fits me soon.

I was watching RUM while I was at an Oly Comp today... The Dan Green squat was pretty epic...glad I didn't miss it.

You do your normal competition bench press, but you hold a long pause just an inch off of your chest. Teaches you to stay tight down there and helps you to be stronger off the chest.

And done. I'm thinking it's time to take a deload and make recovery a priority. Was not as strong this weekend as I should have been. Just been going heavy too often and it's taking its toll. Should be ready to get into it after a light week.

The 475 deficit double was a PR and the multiple doubles with 475 were a volume PR, but I wasn't able to go heavy on block pulls, so I call it a wash.
 
Lol. Yeah, my lockouts were just atrocious. Posterior chain is ready for a vacation. I need to be more faithful to my programming. Any program at all can yield gains, but trying to run two at once is not wise.
 
Recovery makes you stronger my friend. Enjoy the Deload. The harder your train the more rest you need.... Think about that.
 
PRs are PRs man.. But a little R&R never hurt nobody. I feel you on the programming too. I was a victim of trying to much and dabbling for a while and getting no where. So now I follow 5/3/1 religiously, and it seems to be working great.
 
I wish I wasn't in a race with a dude 60# lighter.
