quick update on the workout: just..WOW man, wow :bigeyes:
strength reared its bee-U-tee-ful head this day and made an appearance, i mean i was tossing around my #125 dbs on both incline and flat bench, like they were baby rattles or something..i mean, i just felt GREAT! best workout I've had in a good while

7min light cardio to warm
5x8/6/5/5/5 incline db
3x12/10/10 flat db
3x15/12/12 "one & a halfs" db flyes
2xmax reps perfect push-ups
dips: both chest focused (3 sets) & tri focused (3 sets), max reps
incline skullcrushers 5x15/15/12/12/12
db kickbacks 3x15
abs 200 reps, both weighted & just bw, 5 different exercises
7min light cardio to cool

gawd i feel good :)



postWO nutrition was a bit more traditional today:
100g carbs/50g protein, 625cal shake
concoction was
1 scoop Cell Shock
1 scoop weight gainer (i don't use these really, but got some from my supply dude free, works for postWO)
1tbs brown rice syrup
1/4c oats
40g isolate

eat regular meal ~90min later

So true. I shy away from heavy DBs cuz I always hurt my shoulder getting them in position. 120s is awesome.

yeah shoulders/wrists/joints all feel pretty damn good this morning - chest feels sufficiently full & worked :D
i'm pretty lucky when it comes to shoulder issues, very flexible there and unless I have overuse from tennis serve, I've not really had many issues here in this area..
my problems have always typically been legs, they're just slowly eroding at the knees/ankles (my Achilles, no pun intended)

weight upon rising shade under 200lb, trying to keep it close as possible there while I recomp and try to add bit more size, until I need to go full shred mode..everything on track

this lil concoction is:
1 scoop Ignite2 (berry blast flav)
2 scoops BCAA+SAA (apple fusion)
6 uncapped Max Pump
a pinch of ginger root extract (my own addition)

the berry blast/apple fusion combo actually goes pretty well together, and the ginger compliments
(too much can be overpowering, gotta watch it)
 
wow, so I'm not a big fan of pulling leg days following tennis - even if tennis was not full-out just yet
my knees were a bit sore, legs achy in general, so warmed up with some light cardio (10min) and leg extensions before hitting my squats (heavy, wide-stance)..followed with walking BB lunges in my driveway, was pretty toasted so I skipped RDLs and went to 6 sets of torso-raised leg curls and finished with 3 sets GHRs, before hitting single-leg DB calf raises, light cardio cooldown to finish

was good session, considering..pretty wobbly..strength was fine, stamina just not quite where I want it consistently yet
resting for a minute now (postWO feedings) then it's off to mow my yard

I got tennis again tomorrow morning if the weather holds

inspired by montegro this morning..
ran a quick fasted upon rising shoulder/ab session (fueled w/ BCAA+SAA/Ignite2/MaxPump of course) and utilized isolation movements prior to compound
used to do this every once in awhile on a regular basis, but I've gotten away from it and it just sounded good this day
nice session -- hi-rep, fast-paced (45sec rests thruout), all DBs today :cool:

seated laterals/bent rear laterals/bent forward laterals/Arnold press/shrugs/abs to finish
shake/meal following, and off to go set up for tennis

nice activity today..total rest tomorrow
things coming into play nicely for the plan..CellShock will finish this week (here come CreaTrona!), as will my randomized training sessions..will drop into my standard precontest routine for the duration of the 12 weeks

can't recall the name of the herbal formulation i used couple yrs back..you could search for it, i had to order online, not available in any stores - worked well tho

as for levels of treatment and general information:

If you have been diagnosed with hemorrhoids, a high-fiber diet combined with sitz baths and acetaminophen often reduces discomfort within two weeks. If symptoms persist, your physician may suggest one of the following procedures. Many can be performed in your doctor's office.

Injection. An internal hemorrhoid can be injected with a solution which creates a scar and closes off the hemorrhoid. The injection hurts only a little, as any injection does.

Banding. Prolapsed hemorrhoids are often removed using rubber-band ligation. A special tool secures a tiny rubber band around the hemorrhoid, shutting off its blood supply almost instantly. Within a week, the hemorrhoid shrivels and falls off.

Coagulationor cauterization. Using either an electric probe, a laser beam, or an infrared light, a tiny burn painlessly seals the end of the hemorrhoid, causing it to close off and shrink. This is most useful for prolapsed hemorrhoids.

Surgery. For large internal hemorrhoids or extremely uncomfortable external hemorrhoids (such as thrombosed hemorrhoids that are too painful to live with), your doctor may elect traditional surgery, called hemorrhoidectomy.

The success rate for hemorrhoid removal approaches 95%, but unless dietary and lifestyle changes are made, hemorrhoids may recur.


Nutrition and Diet

Prevent constipation by following a high-fiber diet. Meals and snacks should consist primarily of vegetables, fruit, nuts, and whole grains, and as few processed foods and meats as possible. If this is a big change for you, introduce the new foods slowly, to avoid gas.

If you aren't able to eat enough high-fiber food, supplement your diet with stool softeners or bulk-forming agents, such as fiber supplements. (Avoid laxatives, which may cause diarrhea that can further irritate the swollen veins.)

Drink at least eight glasses of water each day; if your life is especially active or you live in a hot climate, you will need more. Check with your doctor about your fluid needs if you have any medical problems or take medication.

Monitor your sodium intake. Excess salt in the diet causes fluid retention, which means swelling in all veins, including hemorrhoids.

Hemorrhoid Home Remedies
Try not to sit for hours at a time, but if you must, take breaks: Once every hour, get up and move around for at least five minutes. A soft cushion may make sitting more comfortable and ease hemorrhoid pressure and pain.
Insert petroleum jelly just inside the anus to make bowel movements less painful.
Dab witch hazel, a soothing anti-inflammatory agent, on irritated hemorrhoids to reduce pain and itching, or use over-the-counter anti-hemorrhoidal creams or ointments.
Resist the temptation to scratch hemorrhoids, as it makes everything worse: The inflamed veins become more irritated; the skin around them becomes damaged; and the itching itself intensifies. Instead, to help stop the itching, apply an over-the-counter 1% hydrocortisone cream to the skin (not inside the anus -- on the outside only) and a cold pack. Over-the-counter hemorrhoidal creams may relieve itching too.
If you need a pain reliever, try acetaminophen. Avoid ibuprofen and aspirin, which foster bleeding.
Bathe regularly to keep the anal area clean, but be gentle: Excessive scrubbing, especially with soap, can intensify burning and irritation.
Don't sit on the toilet for more than five minutes at a time, and when wiping, be gentle. If toilet paper is irritating, try dampening it first, or use cotton balls or alcohol-free baby wipes. You may prefer washing yourself and then dabbing the area dry.
When performing any task that requires exertion, be sure to breathe evenly. It's common to hold your breath during exertion, and if you do, you're straining and contributing to hemorrhoid pain and bleeding.



How Can I Prevent Hemorrhoids?

A healthful diet and lifestyle are good insurance for preventing hemorrhoids, whether you already suffer hemorrhoid symptoms or are intent on preventing them. Regular exercise also is important, especially if you work a sedentary job. Exercise helps in several ways: keeping weight in check, making constipation less likely, and enhancing muscle tone.

Healthy bowel habits also help prevent hemorrhoids. Use the toilet as soon as you feel the urge to do so. Also, avoid sitting on the toilet for prolonged periods (more than five minutes) and avoid straining during a bowel movement.

here is where overall weight will take the first hit, should only be couple lbs tho
