hematocrit test kit?

I heard a bodybuilder on YouTube say he has a home test kit for hematocrit

i like EQ, so I’d like to have to option to regularly test my levels, but I’ve had problems finding one on amazon

has anyone used a home test for HCT before and what brand or model did you use?

one of the problems mentioned in the Amazon reviews was that it wasn’t accurate, but hydration levels and other factors will cause varying readings so I wonder if the kits don’t work or if the reviewers just don’t understand the human body

anyway, does anyone have experience or suggestions?

LOL home test kits are not something I'd ever rely on for accuracy.... There's a reason that Theranos CEO just got spanked in court for fraud, ain't no few drops of blood accurate in any way to measure things like that

You can get just a CBC panel ordered online and make an easy appointment with Quest. I have been doing mine every month and it’s like $30 (with the $8 draw fee) for Ulta Lab Tests. I’m sure some guys can offer some other options because there’s getting to be quite a few online test order sites in the US these days thankfully.
