i have mild gyno small lump no fatty at the min tissue im of cycle how to i treat this or reduce it trying natural supps until i have more info

my nipple gets itchy and sore some days it bigger some days smaller i did a oral only cycle 6 weeks ago no pct aswell. stupid i know but i knew nothing about what i was doing at the time now i know alot more shall i take a ai or a serm or just see if it goes ? just ordered a supplement for now to see if it will help thanks

You should see a physician and possibly a specialist. The worst thing you can do is self-diagnose and self-medicate.
