Help?

Hi Ladies,

I kind of need your help.. I'm in a relationship with a beautiful, amazing girl that is around 5"9/10 and weighs roughly around 63/4kg. She has a beautifully shaped body, with very long legs. Yet, those beautiful legs need a bit of work (her words) she has a bit of cellulite on the back of her thighs and a small amount on her bum. Now, to describe the type of muscle/fat she has is hard because as you can probably tell I am not very knowledgable on these things.. She has I would say loose fat on her legs and I would be extremely grateful if somebody could provide me with some toning exercises, muscle formation and help getting rid of cellulite. I am more than willing to attend gym with her and support her through her journey of bettering her health and body, I just need a bit of guidence.

You van not lose fat in one place... You say she needs to do a fullbody work out in the beginning.. And some light cardio. Like the treadmill or biking.
 
I'd second that but IMO full body weight training alternating with HIIT cardio is a great combo to torch the fat.

Also, EvoMuse's Supernova is meant to help your body burn fat in a localized area. It's no magic bullet, but alongside proper training, it might help.
