I've been trying to lose weight since about after Christmas and I can't stick to it. I walk everywhere, I take the kids to school then come home take the dog out then go back to school at dinner time to pick my son up then I take him back after dinner, then I do any housework or food shopping then pick the kids up after school.

I also have a nearly 1yr old aswell and I don't know what else to do exercise wise.

I saw reviews on a customers reviews about natural pills, but what can I think?

Any advice is welcome.

You have to eat at a calorie deficit. Losing weight is 70% diet 30% exercise.
1 lb of fat is 3500 calories, so if you consume 500 less calories then what your body needs then you will lose 1lb of fat per week. If you eat 1000 less calories per day you will lose 2lbs per week and so forth.
Eat less and healthy foods. Drink a lot of water and get in 30-45 mins of exercise in daily. HIITS (high intensity interval training) is great at burning fat.

So eat less and healthy and exercise. Stick to it, no cheating and your body will be forced to start dropping the lbs. It takes some people 3-4 weeks to be able to start losing weight so be patient and stick to your plan.

Just fyi, there are studies that have shown the weight loss benifits of just 5 min of HIIT per day. HIIT Simply works. You sound busy. It could be benificial for you

Exercise seems to be your focus, you will see far more fruits from your labour if you shift that focus to diet.

For weight loss, it's the bottom line.
Supps help but you should learn your body first. Track your diet and see where you are right now

To second what nearly everyone is saying in here, you have to put in some work to lose weight. Many people think if they just throw in a little exercise then they will magically look great. Exercise is very important but diet/calorie control is the key to weight loss.

You have to put effort into both. I don't want to say how much percent you need to put into exercise and how much percent you need to put into dieting but bottom line is you need to do your part if you want to see results. Its not easy or everyone would see results. haha.
