HELP!!!

I am getting soreness and also water pockets all the way down to the middle of my forearm to the point where i cannot extend my arm fully, the place where i injected was the lower head of my tri. I have the usally soreness however there is a water pocket in my elbow along my forearm. It doesnt hurt to touch or anything is just looks weird as ****.

btw the shot was with bd 5/8 250mgs enathate.
