Help work out routine

Hopefully this is the correct area to ask this question but here it goes what the best workout routine I have changed things up so many times I am starting to get confused..

Monday: chest triceps
Tuesday: biceps and shoulders
Wednesday: legs and back
Thursday cheat and tricep
Friday biceps and shoulders

The main area is my shoulders when I am working them out u feel a huge pump in my triceps should i change something? I feel when I work out my shoulders and triceps in the se day it is a huge pump any ideas??? Help???
 
Or just do cheat triceps and shoulders all in one day that might be too much??? Especially if I work them out twice a week or is it okay!!!
