Help with workout

Goin on a cycle In a few weeks on havoc just wondering what's a good workout to do on cycle ATM it is mon: chest shoulders tri. Tues:back bi s and abs wed: legs/calves. Thurs: chest tris abs Friday : back bi s calves Weekend rest/ cardio is this ok any ideas what I should change .. I'm new to this site hope you guys can help
 
You didn't really provide us with a whole lot of info there.

Here is what we know:

Mon-chest, shoulders, tris
Tues-back,bis,abs
Wed-legs
Thurs-chest,tris,abs
Fri-back,bis,calves

Why do you hit everything besides legs/shoulders more than once?
(its ok that you're hitting muscle groups more than once, but why leave out legs, shoulders?)


Personally, I hit each muscle group once a week, this allows plenty of recovery/rebuilding time. But I have seen where people will do a full body workout 3x a week, and some that claim if they don't hit each muscle every 3-4 days they will stall....

Are your reaching/moving toward your goals with your current wo?
 
Well I found it effective but I think I have reached my goal naturally .. So do you think I need to fit shoulders and legs I'n twice I do want to gain more siZe on my legs .. How do you think i should adjust my workout to get max out of my first cycle..
