Hey
I'm trying to compile a list of products that can help me use LGD 4033 safely
I know there is so much info out there on the subject, maybe too much but I learn better from asking people that know rather than hurting my brain spending hours searching for specific answers.

My goal, by the way would be to gain some muscle mass and I'm usually fairly lean. I'm 27, male, weigh 140. Have lifted for a few years but most of my gains have been in the past 1.5 years due to changes in my diet. Always considered myself a hard gainer. I'd like to see what a sarm will do for me, my expectations aren't very high. This will be my first time using something anabolic.

What brand do others recommend for LGD
I am told to use clomid and nolva with PCT but I am wondering why I can't use other SERMS that I can buy anywhere like Rebirth, in pill form. Also, why do I see two even three serms being recommended?

Rules

I'd prefer products in pill form though

I appreciate any input

Liquid nolva or clomid that can be taken orally is very easy and simple. Rebirth is an otc serm so it is not as strong as a true serm like nolva or clomid. I would recommend picking up one of those which can be found from the board sponsor sites on here.

Thanks
I have purchased Primeval Labs LGD and clomid

Is clomid enough after using 10mg/day of this LGD, I'd like to run it for 8 weeks so I'll need more later
what should the cycle look like for clomid?

I've been told on iSarms that what I had purchased is actually a prohormone but there are a lot of people that have had good results from it

Weighing 140lbs means your training routine either sucks or you are not eating enough (or both). You will get minimal results from LGD unless you first fix those two areas.

What is your training routine and what is your TDEE and daily calorie consumption?

There is no such thing a hard gainer...only people who don't eat enough.
