Help with symptoms of training legs and injury.

I was warming up on squats after leg press and I pinched something in my back. I about dropped. It’s all lower back and in a lot of pain. I have done this before, however now I have fever and chills to a certain degree, anything to worry about as the fever and chills scares me a little

I don’t know anything about the fever and chills…but if you have a foam roller, I’d start on that…

As for the training…
I start with 10-14 min elliptical warmup, low to medium intensity (not hard enough to take away from the training or anything tho)

Thorough warmup on squats, then working sets….If/when I follow that with leg press or something, I go lighter weight and high rep.

Sounds like you’ve pinched a nerve? I’ve certainly done that tho…
