Hey guys I gotta problem.

I have been diagnosed with a illness that's perminant that makes it very hard to retain the correct amount of water.

Is there anything I can take other than sportsdrinks that will help me retainer the right amount of water? I REALLY don't want pills unless they're herbs and vitamins and minerals.

Who diagnosed you? And after diagnosing you why didn't they recommend a treatment.

Sodium and creatine help water retention.

Creatine will made you retain water, true, but people also become dehydrated on creatine because it is stealing a lot of the body's water for its own purposes.

It's hard to give advice until you become more specific about what it is you were diagnosed with....

i had a blood test along time ago. and the doctor that diagnosed it she wasn't legally able to give a treatment.

I know she's right. because when alot of other people are fine after physical activity, I have symptoms of dehydration. Such as "lack of energy" and "consentrated vision" or what I like to say as "zoom lens vision" where it's hazy around my perifrial vision and consentrated vision, could call it tunnel vision.

I'll try the sodium. I'm sure it will make me thursty for awhile till I can get adiquate water in my system.

I never have liked chemical medicine. Too many side effects. They do it for a quick reaction to medication. But sometimes it's not always best to have a quick reaction.

JMO but I'm thinking second opinion and this time go to a doc who can treat it.

Don't start ingesting Sodium unless you are 100% clear of what is going on with your system. Do you have thyroid problems?
