HELP with Pre Work Out Shakes and Creatine

Hello all, I am new to this. I have two questions:

1. Do Pro BBs really drink pre work out products? I ask bc I know a pro who believe its all garbage. He advocates black coffee, carnitine, bcaas, and vitamins. Looking for opinions.

2. It is my understanding creatine is to be cycled yet all pre's include creatine. So theoretically, one could be taking in creatine year round. Good? Bad? Opinions?

Thank you.

1) in a way his idea works very well and is natural. You have to remember that these products are supplements and we don't need them.

2) u wouldn't take a pre w/o everyday so you're still getting at LEAST 2 days off a week if u work out 5 days a week. There's a big debate on cycling. I come off everything for a bit and go back on. It good to clean your body out.
