Help with PP customer service?

PP reps, I can't get email response or someone to answer the phone, I placed an order on 6/19, could one of you guys give me a hand, I can pm the order info, thanks
 
I placed an order around the same time. It was two ALv3+ 1 Androdrive+ 2 Toco-8. I'm guessing they were waiting for the ALv3 to come out before shipping.( I'm hoping)

This is exactly it. If you do not specifically request a split, they will wait to ship out the product until order is complete.
