HELP WITH PCT

so I'm planning a havoc cycle and need help with the way the PCT should go.

for PCT I'd run:
nolva; 20, 20, 10, 10 (4 weeks)
AD-3 PCT; ???

when should I start the AD-3 PCT? 3rd week of serm? to continue for an additional 2 weeks after serm? and should I taper off of it as well?
 
I have done 2 havoc cycles, its not very suppressive for me, so i had more estrogen rebound issues from coming of nolva than the havoc.. ( yep bloodwork a week after nolva had my test levels at high normal, but estrogen well over max.
Second cycle i used nolva for 10 ed for the first 5 days along with original erase for 30 days. After 5 days i did 10mg eod for 5 more days. Came of with no problem. Bloodwork one week after pct was normal.
Bloodwork last week on cycle was fun, low estrogen, test levels over max... But best of all, liver values within range, less elevated than using nsaids for my shoulder pain.. Which i was on for months..

I think 20/20/10/10 is too much for havoc , maybe 20/10 and 2 weeks of 10eod al
but i have only done those 2 proper cycles.
 
So I suggest you listen to the masses, but consider tapering of the nolva more, with less doses per week.. I know a few of my injecting friends to that to avoid estrogen rebound.. After a few weeks some just take nolva when they feel tender nipples... It has a long halflife
