Help with order please

I made an order 10 days ago and it's still not even fulfilled. what's the deal? getting a bit impatient...

I haven't yet, was being patient, but didn't think it would take a week to get to the processing facility. I'll email them now
 
Still enroute to processing facility. Carrier pigeons must have flown the wrong direction. Email responses with nutriverse have been great and if no update this week they will resend the package. How was your experience Hockeyaus33 ?
 
I am also having issues with Nutri-verse, for more than a week my complaints have been ignore, my package is still waiting for fulfillment. I vant even get these guys on yhe phone. Worst experience ever when it comes too buyong supplements. Thats what i get trying to give a new website a chance. I wouldnt recommened buying drom theae guys even if it is a good deal, customer service is non existant. At this point i feel like i have been jacked

So, order was apparently reshipped a week ago using the same tracking number? Doesn't make sense to me, should have created a new label with new tracking number... which should have been updated mid week, gave it the full week and weekend with no update... Volvo I'm lost brother, and getting very frustrated.....
 
Lol, I ordered from them on September 7th and another order on September 30th and was expecting them to ship it out on Saturday, or at the very least early this morning. Called and kept getting a mechanical voice saying "No Input So Far". I emailed them a couple of days ago and didn't get a response. Getting kind of annoying. Just e-mailed the address that Volvo140G provided to see if anything can be settled.
 
Join the club of nutriverse scrubs, if i havent heardd anything by tuesday i am just going to assume i have been robbed and report them to federal trading commission and maybe consumergov
 
I've been contemplating just doing a chargeback through my credit card company, if I don't hear anything by tomorrow

Heh. Yeah they offer good prices. I've never had an issue ordering from them before either so I'm not too sure what's going on this time. If they dont respond back to me today then I won't be shopping with them anymore based on princiapl, even if another retailer is a negligible bit more expensive.

Seems you've already gotten tracking, correct?

I received a tracking number a month ago, which never made it to the shipper and has been sitting at "enroute to processing facility" the entire time. Which according to the shipping company means that the label was created, but never received at their end. Which resulted in a reship last week using the same tracking number but still no update past "enroute to processing facility".
 
Also have been having trouble with nutri-verse. Placed an order Satirday and requested PayPal. Still no invoice. Have emailed both the admin and the support and still no answer back. I hate to be like this but this order was only the latest of expensive orders I have placed with them in the past. Making me rethink on not being a return customer now. Kind of needed my items soon.

This has been my first experience with them.... at least you've received your products in the past.

I'm normally a very patient person, but waiting a month for an order that has no sign of even making its way to its destination is unreasonable at best.

Got an e-mail from Max, he said he's been out of town and the customer service department is heavily undermanned. He assured my products will be going out today immediately (follidrone 2.0) and Or1gin and Test1fy will be shipped tomorrow or Thursday.

I know he's good on his word because I received shipping confirmation about 5 hours later. He responded to me at Midnight and it shipped immediately when they opened. Lol I kind of feel bad for complaining now, seems like a good dude. Same with Volvo in this thread.

Omega, I know since this is your first order with them you are probably left with a sour taste in your mouth and hesitant on ordering again. I can assure you that this is NOT typical. I have no affiliation with the company whatsoever but have ordered from them quite a few times and USUALLY i'll get my package in 3-4 days which is pretty damn awesome since I live across the country from where it's shipped.

If you get a hold of Max i'm sure he can make it right and then some.
 
I am still giving them the benefit of the doubt based on members experiences here. I emailed max yesterday and am giving him another day or two to respond since it sounds like it's really backed up on their end. Just hitting my tipping point. I want my follidrone, alphamax xt and meso!

As hiimnotcool cool said, if this is your first order dont let it sour you. Nutri-verse has been jam up with my past orders and although this was frustrating it won't stop me from ordering there again.

Max emailed me as well and stated he was out of town. A courtesy email about possible delays would have been nice but I'm glad that Max was prompt in getting it out today.
 
Got a reply from max, resending through USPS this time. Should all be squared away, he was as shocked as I am that the second attempt ended at the same spot. Good guy for sure. Thanks also volvo! I will update as the status progresses
 
Package received yesterday. Thanks to max for resending a second time. Lesson learned to ship via USPS in the future. Their economic option sucks and lost two packages from the very start.

Will definitely purchase again through nutriverse in the future!
