Hey,
I am planning on getting back into everything. I had to take a 3 month break due to my college soccer season, only to come up short and not make it into the conference tournament because of the stupid point ruling. Anyways, glad to be back on the forums once more, but I was wondering if I could get some help with my split, I am going to be bulking. I also want to take a huge interest in my legs and arms.

If you have any knowledge with a 5x5 split that would be really helpful this would be the first time I would ever try this spit.

I also plan on running another cycle but I want to wait to gain about 5-10lbs more naturally. SO I plan on running it in about 3 weeks. I know once I hit the gym and get my cals back up to a bulking diet rate then I will blow back up quick :)

The split looks good. I have one suggestion that worked for me is for biceps do 8-10 reps and 8-10 sets. I tried low reps high sets and it did not really work for me, but it may work for. I would try it for a few weeks and if it doesn't work switch it.

Thanks bro. Appreciate the advice.
Yeah, my triceps I develop fast, but my biceps always give me a hard time :/.
I plan on changing that up and getting back up to 16 1/2 here as soon as I can lol
