help with my pct

hey guys im new to this forum and i need some advise.. i am coming off of a 14 week test and eq cycle i want to incorporate igf and ghrp6 in my pct this is what i have planned

nolva 40/20/20
igf lr3 for 30 days 40mcg a day total (1200 mcg)
ghrp6 for 5 on 2 off 250mcg for 4 weeks total (5g)

a couple of things i do have a tear in my labrum very minor but effects my chest workouts and i was considering injecting the ghrp6 in my bicep tendon to help possibly heal my shoulder. would you guys inject the ghrp6 or the igf in the shoulder? i was planning on injecting the ghrp6 in the morning and the igf pwo.:bigeyes2:

A few things are askew in your plan...Firstly, GHRP6 is better ran ED. Secondly, add in a GHRH to amplify the GH pulse. Lastly, GHRP6 is a GH releasing peptide...it is a ghrelin mimetic which stimulates the pituitary to release GH...pinning it locally will do absolutely nothing for that localized area. Igf IMO is the best peptide to pin in micro-doses of about 3-4 shots in and around the area of injury. When we have an injury, the insulted tissue will "call out" for igf molecules...In other words, the area is already primed with IGF receptors.
 
Should i lower my ghrp6 dose and run it at like ~170 everyday? I can sadly not afford any other peptides as much as i would want to. Ok should i will inject the igf in my shoulder everyday or just days that i work it out? Because i would love to be able to use it in other muscle groups. Thank you so much for the feedback
 
well i almost went with cjc ghrp combo but im doing this during pct and was really recommended igf... and i wanted to do igf/mgf but found too much conflicting info and ended up getting igf and ghrp6 as a little extra. well anyways that is what i have 1200mcg of igf and 5g of ghrp6 and can not afford any other peps. what do you guys think of this?

another question my injury is in my labrum which is pretty deep in my shoulder where should i inject the igf? in the bicep tendon? ac joint? middle of delt? im very nervous to be trying to inject something deep in my shoulder right after im all pumped from working out.

Although gHRP is better with GHRH, its certainly effective on its own. As far as where to pin IGF, theres nothing really scientific about it, just pin as closely to the injured area as possible, in small doses. On training days, you can also use igf into the muscle trained, but focus on your injury first.
