Help with my first cycle (I know, I know...)

I have read through several threads on this topic and understand that this type of post has been done time after time... However, I am planning a bulking cycle this winter and I want to know if I have my **** in order. My cycle would consist of:

Front Load-RYR and Milk Thistle

Cycle (3 Weeks)-SD starting at 10mg and bumping it up as necessary (20mg max), RYR, Milk Thistle, Celery Seed Extract/taurine (as necessary).

PCT-Nolva 40/20/20, RYR, Milk Thistle, and CEE.

Any critiques are welcome and appreciated.

On a side note, the reason I decided to go with the SD is purely because of the legality. I have no issues with injecting test or anything. I just don't have a reliable source for test. So, I don't want to pay all the money and end up with some junk or get run the risk of criminal charges.
 
I know this is a bit outplayed, but a simple critique would be greatly appreciated. I've done a fair amount of research... I'm just nervous that I'll miss something. Don't want to **** this up the first time around.
 
I would begin your SD cycle on 20mg and stick at that for the duration of three weeks. 10mg has been noted alot of users to do very little.
 
I did not get much from 10 mg of sd either. but I dont know your stats. if its the first cycle start at 10. I would add some cortisol control for pct. the rest looks good.

As for stats I'm 27 5'10 215lbs.

Edit: I will be cutting before this cycle. I'm currently somewhere between 15-20%bf from my last bulker
But yes this will be my first cycle so I just wanted to play it safe and see how my body reacts to the SD.

Drink water, and load up on Oatmeal before you work out. You're 215 lbs., go with 20 mg. When you get into PCT take a few days of rest and then get back into the gym with less volume. Load up on CEE during PCT and after. Buy a couple of bottles of Safflour Oil and take in 4-8 ounces a day for your Lipids. Dhea and fenugreek would be nice additions as well during PCT. I am sure I'm forgeting something here but I'll remember it. Oh yea, try a transdermal DHEA/7oxo DHEA mixture for PCT. It works.
 
GXR. That's Potassium R-ALA right? I love my R-ALA, I take it with every meal. Makes me pumped and vascular along with a host of benefits.
