Help with meal plans

Hi, Im new here.

I have been looking at the forum for a while and would like to know what is a good meal plan for gaining clean muscle.

I am 5'10 and 70kg. I have always found it hard to put any more weight on so i figured it must be my diet that sucks.

Im not eating that consistently (and probably the wrong things). I need to kick myself up the arse with this as it sucks being skinny.

If any of you have any hardgainer meal plans you could copy and paste in or any advice I would really appreciate it.

Years of training?
Diet?
Eating schedule?
Gym time?
