Help with m1t+4ad PCT

Just about almost done with a 3 week 10mg ed m1t and 2 ed spray legal gear 4ad+. I have liquid clomid and nolva on hand. I wanted to know what should be my PCT cylcle. Iam very new to this and don't really know anything about it. ( I searched and read some stickies, but they only confused me even more).

Bump:
If ur only doing a 1 week cycle id just do:

week1: 40mg nolva
week2: 20mg nolva

and that should be sufficient. I would have gone at least 2 weeks up to 4....

Thanks for the help . So what is clomid used for? should I use it at all? I heard others tell me that I def should use it.

Clomid and Nolva use different mechanisms to accomplish the same result. The most common protocol these days is Nolva by itself, since it tends to have fewer sides. What to take exactly for PCT is an often-debated topic. Some take Clomid instead and some take a combination.

you could start taking creatine anytime you wanted but if i were you i would wait until a few weeks after pct, just so i could gauge the cycle results better.
