help with lingering gyno

I have a little lingering gyno left over, I think...it might just be my head, but I believe it to be from previous supplement usage. I've done Nolva in the past and that cleared most of it up...

I'm looking for an OTC supplement to help get rid of the small lingering gyno that is still remaining...

thanks...who makes "epistane" that is hormonal isn't it???

I was looking for something non-hormonal...

yes it is hormonal, but its the only thing otc that will help gyno. letro and raloxifene also help a lot but they arnt otc...

epistane is the way to go. i understand that u may wanna avoid the hormones but epistane works wonders and once your done avoid hormones for a while but enjoy being gyno free. its worth it to me

or dose Nolva/Clomid.. that way you dont have to risk liver damage and hair loss and prolactin induced gyno just to try and get rid of it. Just my two cents....

or move to canada and our health care system will pay for surgery...

are you saying epistane can cause MPB, and prolactin induced gyno? (does b-6, the vitamin, help combat prolactin induced gyno?)

yes b-6 can help prevent prolactin gyno, but i havnt heard of anyone getting any type of gyno from epistane at all. i think an epistane cycle followed by pct of nolva, atd, some sort of test booster is the best thing you could do. epistane doesnt cause mpb anymore then most other ph's, it all depends on if your prone to mpb.

Epistane is really mild... as far as sides go.

Of all the hormonal things you could put into your body to try and clear up gyno, I'd definitely go with this one... And, you'll have some sweet anabolism going on and probably get some really nice strength gains.

hmmm....weird...how'd ya come to that conclusion?

Old thread, check the date

But while this is up and we're talking about it, shouldn't Jungle Warfare help with gyno to an extent as it does have an AI in it? Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about, but I'd like to know.

You all need to know that once you have glandular growth, you have two choices. You can either shrink the gland, and know full well that it is still there... or you can surgically remove it. There is no "curing gyno".. there is shrinking it, or removing it. Plain and simple.

I've been lucky enough to be successful in shrinking glandular growth on 3 occasions. I know a few other people that needed surgery.

Once you shrink it, there is a huge possibility you will incite growth once again running something hormonal. You should be aware that treating the gland is hit and miss, and you can run out of luck shrinking it, and have to deal with that unsightly mind-fvck until you get rid of it surgically.

I just wanted to clear that up. There is no "curing" gyno. If you shrink it, it is just dormant waiting for that estro (or estro/prog combo, GH/IGF cocktail) to incite it.

Fitmodel, do you feel a small bead under your nipple? Or is it a broken up dense mass?

Ubiquitous, i have a broken up dense mass, not so much a hard lump what does that mean? what is the difference between the two?

How invasive is gyno surgery? Seems like a simple deal...

Like, maybe get it done at the beginning of a much needed off week, and then be fine to get back to training the day your off week concludes?

I also have that broken up dense mass under each nipple. I remember getting gyno when I went through puberty - had no idea what it was then. I did some superdrol back in Oct, did the pct thing with Nolva, but even now, I feel that itchy sometimes achy feeling in my nips.

When I flex my chest, you can really see the mass under the nips. Can't really tell when I dont flex cause I am not that lean and being 40, I have put on pockets of fat here and there.

Might try the havoc/epistane route and try and shrink it.

Anyone have any idea how much typical gyno cost to have removed?
