Help with gyno

Im running my first cycle of Phera-plex and starting to notice signs of gyno (itchiness/sensitivity). Now I want to continue the cycle and was thinking of adding Nolva at 20mg/day which was recommended to me. However after doing some research ive come to understand that Nolva can actually reduce IGF-1 levels so I am thinking of using arimidex @ .25mg instead until the end of the cycle. Would this be recommended and just as effective for preventing gyno? what would be the disadvantage of using arim over nolva?

Can you go into more detail about the 'itchiness' and sensitivity??

I have dealt with a few people who were more paranoid about getting gynecomastia than getting any gains from their cycles, all it did for them was stress them out to the point of slowing their gains down and made their minds believe what they wanted to believe, and they kept 'thinking' they had gyno, when in all actuality, they were just paranoid. It's similar to the, dude you have ants on your back, and you feel things crawling on you kind of deal, this is why I want a description of your itchiness/sensitivity, just to double check you on this and hopefully not put your body through an unneeded massacre of estrogen (which if you run adex, you will be in pain due to your joints being dried up so bad)

its mainly itcheness around my right nipple area and also I am noticing accumulation of fat around the chest above the muscle, dont know if its beggining gyno or just normal fat&muscle gained since i started the cycle .... its no lump or anything like that, just some fat accumulation above pec.

Fat accumulation is natural for all humans actually, the association with gyno is usually linked to a cycle, whereas people who've never altered their hormones in any way have the same fat deposits. The itchiness could be just that, itchiness... I recommend continuing the cycle, and seeing it through, if there was any trace of gynecomastia, it will get cleared up with your PCT. Good luck with your cycle, ENJOY it and make some good gains to show off this summer!
