Hi guys,

My GF has just came out of oral birth control, since it caused a quite consistent loss of libido.
Is there any supplement that can help to restore sexual desire? She’s going to her gyno, but I’d like to get your opinion.

I’ve seen that maca is recommended quite often, but my GF is trying to lose a few kilos - however in some instances maca has shown to increase body fat in females.

The other supps usually advised for female libido are ashwagandha, cordyceps, citrulline, ginseng, rhodiola and sometimes damiana.
Which is the best one?

Thx

Have her get a Rx for Bupropion (the generic version of Wellbutrin). Try it for a couple of months. Cost is about $20 at Walmart with a discount coupon.

KSM-66 works well for a lot of females.

Also, a local doctor where I live suggests low dose DHEA for women with low libido and has very positive results with her patients.

Yes, it does. I replied with a quick answer and didn't even think about that myself which is sad being that we make one haha.

SNS Tribulus-750 is a great option.

I think the main fear with women would be if DHEA would have any androgenic effects and I don't think so at low dose. This particular doctor that recommends this is one of the smartest medical professionals I've ever met and speaks internationally on a number of topics. Really pretty neat and cool to have someone like that here being that I live in a small town.

She is very thorough with her patients and doesn't have one standard dosing protocol. She uses doses of 5 mg., 10 mg., or 25 mg. depending on the person.

She is a great doctor. She was talking about gluten sensitivity, alpha-gal, and reverse T3 years before a lot of other doctors were looking for things like that. I think its cool bc I like to learn new things and its refreshing to see someone that smart but still so passionate about learning and trying to help people.

If people are interested in learning, I always show them a good write up or studies.

If they just want results and aren't interested in learning - hey, here's an herb that may help you feel better and improve your libido :)

My wife is horny AF but when taking 25mg primobolan acetate tablets the desire, kinkiness and pornstar factor is cranked up out of control. (Has much stronger libido effect on her than var) Helps to retain muscle when in a strong calorie deficit too.
Probably more cost effective than some of those fancy herbal supplements too.
Two birds with one stone...
