Help with first cycle

I'm 25 5'10 195 I've been researching and looking into some cycles for months almost made a purchase 3 months ago, now I'm committed to starting something. I was looking to buy liquid labs basic mass stack but I can't find any reviews or opinions on it. Has anyone tried this stack, or maybe there's something you guys could recommend to me? Please any and all help will be greatly appreciated

Look into ostarine or lgd may still be able to get some before it's gone or look into something like halodrol pmag or epistabe as a first cycle
 
Any of the above and pick up some epiandro, 4ad or dermacrine to run with it. Its your first cycle and theres no need to get too creative. Another option would be test 4-500mg a week for 12 weeks.

No matter what you choose your gonna want a ai on hand and a serm for pct. Pretty standard stuff.
 
And we're the results good? I'm thinking to just run super dmz 2.0 with maybe something else and try liquid labs in the future when there's more info about the stack.
 
Will be for anything pro I've run testopro with another big name test booster I can't remember the name right now with very mild results in trying to go for something that will have a bigger effect

For SARM's,
I have read alot of Ostarine.
Osta Shred(Ostarine) (Cutting) (sale at Strongsupp atm.)

And for bulking I will have to say LGD-4033.

Superdmz 2.0 has dmz and msten, definitely not a good first cycle imo. Alpha 1 is pretty strong for a first too. If you look around you can find some legit halodrol or epistane, pm if you need help.
 
Have you run any of it? I was thinking to run Olympus labs halo but I hair get such a mass of differing information i don't know what I'm going to buy lol

Are you in the UK? That's only available in the UK, not USA.

Halo is a good first starter too, but if this is your cycle you will be happy with newbie gains from any of them.

Or what is a good bulking SARM that is not harsh on the liver and doest shut you down? i was looking at GHAR1NE BY OLYMPUS UK
 
I was under the impression you may still be able to get it...I just read more and talk to more people and it's like one step forward and two back idk like I said I lost 30 pounds already from dieting and cardio so I'm really looking for something to help me lean out a little more but really add some muscle and size
 
I think I'm going to go with Osta Shred and am reading contradicting information on need for a SERM with that. What do you think? And also was wondering if I should stack it with a pro to get as much lean muscle as possible.

What's deterring you for going with the DHEA derivatives? Seems like you aren't trusting they work for some reason. If you go the SARM (Osta) route, no need to combine anything else with it for a first cycle. You will see newbie gains regardless.

You will find people debating SERMs and if they are mandatory/non-mandatory. It's always good to have one on hand, but many times you can get away with OCT PCT. I would always get pre/post bloodwork done so that you know what kind of baselines you need to return to (and so you can gauge success of your PCT).

Anything hormonal will shut you down even sarms. Get a serm. Of course you will recover without 1 but who knows how long it could take. If your walking around for 2-3 months with your test levels in the gutter youl loose all your gains so why take the chance
 
Truthfully, my opinion for a best first cycle is test at 400 a week, either cyp. Or enathate. Get blood before and after, take your ancillaries (and Ai if needed, Hawthorne, etc.), run for 12 weeks, wait 10 days and run PCT. And no matter what get a SERM for pct. that holds true for every recommended cycle above.

Look them up individually and you will find logs. Or lookup the compounds which I believe are 4DHEA, 5DHEA, 1DHEA.

Legend is lgd and sarms are not methylated legend does shut you down just like aas or ph's do will ostarine it all depends on the length of the cycle .gharine is a growth hormone secretogue that mimics ghrelin and is not a sarm
