Help with dosing schemes for a bunch of Bulks!

Im tabulating dosing schemes for the following products.

2x Bulk 1-carboxy-2-amino- 3-pyrobenzol (3,4 diol) (100 grams) By: USPowders


1x AAKG Powder (100 gm) By: NutraPlanet


1x Green Tea Powder (50% EGCG) (100 gm) By: NutraPlanet

1x Arginine Ethyl Ester (100 grams) By: NutraPlanet

For the arginine products is there any use for taking them at night for extra growth hormone boost along with 1-c?

What would be a good ratio of akkg to ethyl ester for pre-workout.

How much Green Tra per day and at what times

also ive got creatine gluconate and dicreatine malate, ive read its best to take creatine 1 hour before the workout and arginine 30 minutes. Where would 1-c fit in here.

dude pick up some citrulline malate! wish i could help you with those dosing wise, but I cant.

yeah i should have picked up citruline malate, but i get that from my xtend.

CM is one of the best bulks out there.

i also wanted to get acetyl-l-cartinine, but i already was spending too much.

The only one I have experience with is 1-Carboxy. I dose around 1 gram (a little more than 1/4 teaspoon) before bed. I've dosed it at other times, such as pre-workout, and saw no real results that made it worth while.
