Help With Calve Injections

I have looked at spot injection pictures and still, I always seem to go right toward a nerve. I hate calve injections. Where do most people hit the calve, high or low?

Spot injections with steroids? Why? It won't make the specific muscle group larger so just go with what is most comfortable for you.
