Help with burning fat

So aside from having a good diet , a caloric deficit and plenty of cardio , what would you recommend between these two products? Clen or GW? I personally am leaning toward GW based on the lack of sides as I don't wanna be wigged out on Clen as I don't take kindly to stimulants that great. What do you guys think works better to burn fat and cut more of a defined/cut look?

Neither, go the ECA route. Just dose it lower according to your tolerance.
 
Trust me I know these aren't some magic pills , diet is 5-6 meals a day I prep 3 days ahead and eat mainly chicken , lean ground beef , a salad of usually spinach and arugula , I try to keep protein high and carbohydrates low but in the am I usually have oatmeal or eggs , as for training I do a push pull leg split back to back for 6 days and rest Sunday I've switched from hypertrophy to more of a German volume training style focusing on high weight low rep with more sets , and I've been lifting for 4 years the last two years I've being consistent

Okay so when you say you will eat in a calorie deficit im assuming you have got a structured diet in place with calculated macros and understand your Total daily energy expenditure? Because listing a bunch of foods mean sweet fk all in terms of having your diet in place.

ECA is an ephedrine, caffeine & aspirin (optional) stack. read up on it here Invalid Link Removed
 
Yes I count my macros and have started to eat around 500 calories below maintenance and the thing is I am stimulant intolerant that even counts caffeine for me , I get anxiety and high blood pressure , heart rate at high dosages

Okay then scrap the idea for eca or clen. Look into non stim fat burners such as lipomorph, burn24 and TTA.
 
Will do thank us sir, but as for GW are you opposed to it? I've done a cycle of ostarine a couple weeks ago that helped me get a little more defined , and have been looking into GW . I know I could go the PH route but I'd rather not try that route plus it's not gonna burn a bunch of fat
 
Eviscerate, Absolutely Abdliderated are amazing for TD fat loss.

I have not tried GW personally but one of my friends running it is getting vascular af and losing fat, in combination with a strict diet and etc

Any GDA (particularly Burn24, Glycophase, Recompadrol, or Slintensity V2)

Forskolin

Yeah man. The entire BPS lineup is really good IMO. Not sure why they never get mentioned. DCP, Combustion....etc....very good stuff.
 
Why? Actually its pretty good when properly used

uh..theres plenty of reasons to be concerned about clen use, as well as GW. Whether someone specifically doesnt believe the risks, or the reward is more than the risk to them is besides the point. Clearly OP is not well versed on the sides of any of these things and I dont think its responsible to encourage the use of anything of the sort (this is not specifically calling you out)
