Help with blood work. High Estrogen levels
Wow. 79.9 out of 7.6-42.6 pg/mL? Not sure why this is. I thought I've might had low T levels..but I didn't want to make excuses. I have a pretty solid diet (bulking near 3000 calories), get plenty of rest every night, and have since moved from a pretty stressful job. I also don't drink anymore. Should I go to my personal doctor or skip him and just go to an endo to bring these levels down?
I know this is a 35 and older board, but I read to come here to get help w/ bloods.

I get results, but putting on mass seems a little harder than it should be. Could this be the reason? Thanks for any help.
