Help with blood tests please!

34 yo, only anabolic I used was Rpn Havoc about 6 years ago, did pct, no issues.
Since september I felt my libido went very low, lost my morning wood, I had trouble during sex. So I decided to di blood tests (first time in my life) with this results:

Testosterone: 726 (range 250-850)
SHBG: 50 (range 18-54)
E2: 23 (range 15-50)
Prolactin 5 (range 4-15)
Fsh 16 (range 1-14)
Lh 10 (range 0-7.5)

it looks like I have high end SHBG and elevated fsh and Lh, with normal total T levels. Any thoughts about it? Anything will be appreciated, thanks!

Damn, I would love to have those numbers on paper - sorry to hear you feel so lousy on them. You may want to spend the money to get your free test levels checked. Or we could just make an assumption here and you could start some supps to lower SHBG/raise free T.

10-20mg Boron in the mornings, and perhaps consider cycling Stinging Nettle extract and/or Longjack powder.

I am making the assumption that you don’t have any overwhelming stressors like work/relationship issues that are giving you the blues and that your diet isn’t total trash. If you are depressed or eating like crap you aren’t going to function optimally obviously.

Did they test for white & red blood cell count and C-reactive protein?

Waiting for free T in a couple of weeks. I eat really well (just caffeine abuse). I just got out of a bad relationship, but I don’t think it could ruin my morning feelings.

Absolutely it can. I was in a failing relationship that got to the point I couldn’t perform, wasn’t having morning wood, libido fell off. Got out of it, started seeing my now wife, life was peachy.

It’s hard to get an erection when you feel like something in your life is suffocating you into hopelessness.

Any hints? What could I do? I was thinking about running a new cycle a couple of months ago, now I don’t think I could feel good.

I definitely wouldn’t get on a cycle whilst you have concerns over your numbers bro. A cycle will affect all those figures and it can take a long time (a year plus sometimes) to return to ‘baseline’. My point being that it would be far better to establish any cause of your problems now (as it could be simple lifestyle changes) and address them before you cycle. Then down the line if you run a cycle then hopefully you’ll be able to recover to a decent baseline afterwards.

^Some good advice here from Whisky.

I know I’m just random internet bro, and you should be skeptical with all of our advice and make your own health decisions always, but when in doubt don’t do the more extreme option. Getting on cycle will bandaid your low libido and erection issues probably for a bit, but it can reoccur wants your body gets used to the new androgen level anyway and will definitely reoccur when you come off cycle into PCT and become hypogonadal while you try to get back just to where your numbers are now even.

Work on yourself, your relationship situation, maybe try some natural supplements. Hell even some tadalafil/Cialis is a better bandaid than getting on steroids. At least you can just stop taking the boner meds without a PCT.
