Hi everyone,
I am planning to start a run of ostarine ( or osta-sarms, whaever you want to call it). The stuff I have ordered is 30ml dosed at 25 gm/ml, and I am planning on taking 12.5mg/day. A few questions I would appreciate some input on:
1.
Is it worth it to front-load this stuff? I could do 25mg/day for the first week, then 12.5ed after that. That would be 1 week loading and then about 6 weeks normal dose. Alternatively, I would just do the 7 weeks at the normal dose. I know front loading will make effects come sooner, but all I am really after is after a 7 week cycle that included the front load and an 8 week cycle without it will there be a difference?
2.
What support and PCT will I need to run with this? I have looked around and it seems like formestane twice a day for the duration of the cycle, and then something like Erase introduced at the end of the cycle? any alternative products you could recommend (preferably cheaper) would be great. Is it just that i need an AI during the cycle and a Test booster for PCT?
I know ostarine is mild, and I am running a lower dose than many I have seen, but i figure it cant hurt to throw some other help in there. I have never used an AAS, and will be using the cycle for cutting. Once I have this stuff all figured out, I plan to keep a log of my cycle on here, so keep an eye out if anyone is interested in following along
