help with 11oxo powder dosing...

i ordered from smartpowders, the 11oxo powder. In terms of dosing, how do you guys think is the most accurate and/convenient way of dosing it?

digital scale -you should get one of these for $24 from purebulk.com. VERY handy.

use a mini cupcake foil.

put foil on digital scale. notice how many mg the foil is.

use measuring spoon to scoop 11oxo into foil. subtract however many mg the foil weighs from the total mg that appears.

add or subtract amount of powder depending on how much you want to take.

the foil can be substituted with any small lightweight item that can be used to contain the powder.

I wont tell you how you should consume the powder.
