Help Review my first cycle

New member here fixing to start my first cycle. Will be running Test-e 500mg/week, have used erase pro in the past and like it so I will be using it as my AI 1/ed, and PCT will be clomid starting 2 weeks at 50mg ed for 4 weeks. Stats are 29 @220 6'2" at around 15% .. Diet has been nailed down over the last 6 months and will be more strict once I start with very little to zero alcohol. Let me know what you think or may would change. Everything I've listed is on hand and plan on starting Sunday.
 
Looks fine. Going for mass? I like to be between 12 to 15% for mass cycles but 15% on the high end good to see your diet is in check. I'd get a stronger ai though
 
Yes going for mass. It will be 10-12 week cycle. I have access to other AI's and will have them on hand if gyno symptoms show up but gonna run erase the while time

Ok sounds good as long as you have on hand. My only advice is really watch.diet fat gain can spiral when bulking done it too many times. And go for high volume over heavy weight. Your ligaments tendons can't handle the strength booth you will get from your 1st cycle.
 
I just finished my first test cycle today 260 mgs/week for 11 weeks. Excellent recomp, gained 5 lbs and shredded good amount of fat, strength shot up too. I'm 34 years old though, so the 260 was perfect for me. That and I trained natty for 17 years. Depending on your age and training experience, you could start with 250/week. That would elicit wonderful gains provided you are eating properly and have a strong base to build from
