Help on which to use

I’m currently running 250mg test cyp a wk, with 400 eq a wk for 16 weeks. I’m 7 weeks in and have liquid Nolva but am about to order pharma brand. My options are to get Nolva, Clomid, and letro from a little gyno from the past. I’m currently running Adex.5 eod and it’s helped quite a bit while running. My question is should I just use Clomid, or Nolva as a Serm and have letro on hand just in case? I’ll have letro either way just wanna know when to implement it. Thanks all
