help on what i need to take after i put on weight

im 17. 5'11'' and weigh 155 lbs. Im starting to take grub on jus to put on a little more bulk . what would sumone suggest i take to help me get cut. im not looking to get ripped,but i just want to have shape to were i look good but not to big


any suggestions?
 
At your age just focus on food to both gain and lose weight. Proper nutrition is key, focus on reading the threads in the diet and nutrition section. Also you shouldn't need to do a hard cutter. Focus on gaining lean weight, not just bulk. Remember you want muscle not just the numbers on the scale to go up.
 
Listen to Jminis man. I was in your position a little bit ago and luckily focused on eating right and training right and the gains came very easily (at our age our bodies are prime for growth and development.) Don't worry about supplements other than protein and a quality multivitamin because everything else will be a waste of money for you.

Read up on the threads in the bulking section and figure out what type of plan/calorie surplus you ant than you can go from there. Eat and lift brother and you will grow.
 
Proper nutrition and cardio will produce the results wanted. Eat 6-8 meals, whole foods. Keep the bulk as clean as possible. The more fat you put on, means more fat you have to lose while on a cut.
 
Eat big and Healthy, train hard and you should see some results... Good to see another 17 yr!!! Maybe do some Protein Powerders and as suggested already a multivitamin, even a creatine would work good...
