Help on plannin this 4AD + SD stack

Right I intend on doing a 30 day cycle with 20mg of SD daily.

I have 1 tub of Ergopharm Androdiol Sel 300 (60 tabs of 300mg 4AD)

Should I simply do 20mg SD and 2 tabs of 4AD daily

or something frontload the 4AD

Also do you think maybe even one tab of 4AD with the 20 mg SD in order to save some for a future cycle
 
I've done 4 weeks 4AD at 1200 and SD at 20mg for 3 weeks. Front loaded with 4AD for a week. Results were great, but make sure you get supplements for your liver and drink shitload of water.
