help on nutrition?

Im new to this forum and i actually just started back working out a few weeks ago
I was wondering i trying to put me together a high protein diet for muscle building
I have been eating alot of fish and chicken and steak,ect......
I was wondering how much grams of protein,carbs,calories should i take in a day for a muscle building diet
I eat about 5-6 meals a day
I am 19 years old and i weigh 175 pounds and am 6'0 but i got a skinny type of body structure and good definition and am trying to add plenty of muscle


IF you could help me out i would greatly appreciate it
 
You're on the right track bro...keep H2O intake high and your IMMEDIATE meal post workout is VITAL. What is your daily routine like?

State it in this format, if possible:

6 am ~ wake up
6:30 ~ work out
7:00 ~ post workout shake consisting of XXXXX, XXX XXX XXX)
8:00 ~ oatmeal w/ splenda, eggs, etc...

That way it'll be easier to understand your daily routine
