Help on cycle please .

Ok I did a little more research and this is the cycle I wan't to go with.

Test Cyp 500mg - 15 weeks
Eq 400MG - 13 weeks
Dbol - 6 weeks

Ran two cycles before
First sustanon - 15 weeks
Second
sustanon - 12 weeks
Deca - 12 weeks

Was wondering if I can get some help on what to take for gyno and also
what kinda pct I should run for a cycle like this.

I am thinking of a Sustanon 250 and Deca cycle, I am 31 years old and feel I am as far as i can get. I have it already, Have nolva just want to know what duration guys usually run this and at what doses. Typical is 250mg to 500 per week, I am 178lbs 5'6" 12% bf and in pretty decent cardio shape
 
Dont wanna bash you or anything, but review some cycles on here and do some more research; you dont want to get flamed...
 
I'll give you some help.
To control estro you have aromasin and arimidex; both are on cycle AI's. Dont use unless you need to, estro is good for gains and immune function. If you cant get those, topical formestane is also great.
