Woody Well-known member Nov 4, 2016 #3 I'm not sure which OL Super product you are taking, but typically the 1- and 4- Andro are 330 mg/day and Epi Andro is 500-1000 a day. If you're referring to an on cycle support sup, I'd go with OL Arimicare Pro If you're referring to PCT, you need a SERM. Clomid or Nolva.
