Ok new here i am starting my routine I am taking prework out during the work out i am taking a bcaa after workout i am taking a whey protein powder and before bed glutamine. So my goal is to build muscle while loosing fat. I am also counting macro nutrient my current set up is 25% carbs 118g 35%protein 176g 49%fat 84g .is this a good plan any help welcomed.

What are your current stats? Age / Height / Weight?

Sounds like a lot of fat unless you were dropping carbs. I've had good results with 40/30/30 and 50/30/20 (P/C/F) diets for similar goals to yours. Everyone responds a little differently, so I'd recommend playing with them all and seeing what has the best effects for you personally.

Depending upon which PWO you use and the type and length of your workout it would probably be beneficial to consume your PWO drink about 30 minutes prior to the workout. Also, if you're training fasted (especially cardio) consuming the BCAA's intra-workout will help sustain energy levels. The protein shake post-workout is good. The only better option might be a complete meal if your schedule allows. Glutamine pre-bed is good.

All of my supplements are gold standard optimum nutrition

I would lower fat intake and increase carbs. There's no reason to have fats that high, and having more carbs will help with energy and workout performance. Building muscle and losing fat simultaneously isn't easy. It's a very slow road and that approach can often lead to spinning your wheels with progress.

Are you taking any staple supplements like creatine and betaine? Adding in a daily ergogenic supplement like Powermax XT would be a solid option to get your daily staple ingredients that will help with strength gain, performance, and muscle pump/fullness

I would definitely recommend a staple product to cover your bases. BCAA's, whey, and glutamine are good supplements, but you're missing out on some essential daily supplements that can really help you maximize your potential. I would look into Powermax XT as a foundation supplement to go along with what you're already taking. Powermax XT is a great daily ergogenic product that would be a great addition to your supplement stack to help boost strength, improve recovery, and increase performance
