Help need about RBC.

I've donated blood a couple times around 3 weeks before going to indo. RBC Still too high at 49 teetering on 50. If I stop taking my shot 4weeks before I go to indo & donate blood 2days before going to indo , how much would me RBC drop?

Not sure if any of us can tell how far your hematocrit will drop I believe after giving a pint of blood it is generally 3%, really not sure why your so concerned as 49 or 50% does not put you in the danger zone, it would take sometime to start creeping up to 52%. Hydration plays a huge factor, so make sure you are hydrated properly and not just the day before, like stay hydrated always.
 
Indo will lower my testosterone shot if I'm at 50. I was on 2 ml every 2weeks but because I was at 50.2 RBC HE lowered it to where I'm at now 3/4 of 1ml . That's drop me down over half of what I was on & was feeling great back then! He said my testosterone level was where he wanted it to be at AT that time! but my red blood cell count was too high so he dropped it dramatically! Last time he checked my testosterone levels I was at 170 ... Too low!
