Help me with my diet

So, new year new goals - Ive not worked out in 6 months

Im 28% bodyfat, 14.7 stone and 5'11

Can someone help with an easy daily diet for fatloss and muscle preservation? I want get bodyfat down into low teens - I got there previous just eating chicken and beef low carbs and p90x 6 times a week, 1 hour a day, but i wwas out trainign my calories


Dont care how boring, ill do it - can always make it more complex later.

So far im :

AM: Rolled oats + protein shake
PM1: 3 Bean Chilli, ground beef, beans or Rice with chicken
PM2: Lean meat and veg
PM3: snack, cottage cheese on oat cakes

Just eat foods you enjoy. There is not such thing as the perfect diet. Choose foods you like, create meals out of them and eat.

You need more calories though. Figure out your TDEE, look a calculator up online, and then set up your macros once you know how many calories you need. I would suggest 1-1.25 grams/lb of body weight, make sure 20% of your cals come from fats and then use carbs to make up the rest.

When looking to drop fat and keep muscle, one must choose to cut out carbs, fats, or both, in some amount.
