Help me plan my summer

Hello everyone,

New here so please bare with me. I am thinking of running a PH this summer to finish off my cut. Was leaning towards HDrol. I am currently in the middle of the cut. However, I was thinking that I could try out a PH this summer. The reasoning being the only time I generally have the ability to run one is over the summer. With football season being done with and Classes being over it is my only time. I like to throw a few back during the school year to ease the stress and relax(moderation of course) So, it will be a long time before I feel I can run a PH with the stars aligned so to speak. I am 23 been training for 4 years. I run a P/P/L split and use several forms of progression(hence the name). My diet is at 250/200/75 on this cut. I have been losing weight fine. Most of you will say "hey cut naturally". I get that, but I have always wanted to dabble in Phs. I also wouldn't mind 1-2 lbs of LBM after the cycle on the cut. So, any suggestion? Would like a mild compound as I want to be as conservative as possible on my first cycel. I feel my goals are realistic and I would rather gain 1 lb of lbm then 8lbs of muscle to lose it all during PCT.

week 2-6 Reduce XT
maybe something like erase also. Thinking of adding some ArA and creatine

On cycle various support sups. Cycle Assist, Fishoil, Orange Triad..etc
also 6'1" 190 approx 12% BF
 
id just add erase and another week of hdrol and say youre good to go


Will look into adding another week. I am going to beach early august and want to done with the Nolva by then. I am planning everything out as responsibly as possible. So

That seem logical and I guess Hdrol seems to be the right fit?
 
well u pretty much did all your homework and have a solid plan. nothing else to really add
haha thanks man. I wasn't trying to be the stereotypical first cycle guy. Interested to see what will happen. I was thinking Hdrol was the right compound glad I was correct.
 
I lied last one as this just popped into my head. HIIT on this cycle. Monitoring blood pressure of course. Ok? I read somewhere it can cause heart hypertrophy, but that goes away after cycle.

Why 0 the first 2 weeks of PCT? I'm getting ready to start my PCT from mecha and figuring out my erase dosage. I thought 1/1/3/3 and 3 until it was gone was right if you are using a SERM. Not doubting you, just looking for info.

Some people run it right from the beginning but IMO estrogen and curt are still suppressed until about the 3rd week
 
No. that just seemed to be more common on hdrol. Some people even used just OTC. However, I want to do this the right way and not cut corners.
