Diet will consist of cycling carbs on workout days. Prob no more than 100gms on lifting days(4 a week) and as close to zero as I can get on the other 3. As I move further In I'll drop a carb day.
Cardio will be hiit every training day and the occasional metabolic circuit.
Lifting will be supper setting opposing body parts with 60 seconds rest between, maybe less.
