Help Its Important????

I just noticed, neverally realized how bad it is intill yesterday. I am naturally thin (Ectomorph), and those shoulders that slouch, I have pretty big traps though, let me re-word that one trap is pretty big, the other is alot smaller. I deadlift alot once a weak, and do traps with back. How do I even them out, I think its from deadlift, the grip I use puts stress on different parts of the shoulder, reverse grip.I was wondering if you give me some adivce to even them out. Thanks alot. Mark
