Help in identifying Gyno

I have read through many of the threads and there is a plethora of information on what to do for puffy / itchy / sensative nipples as well as information on how to prevent / relieve gyno.

There is even some information on what gyno 'may' look like but what I'm looking for is some information on what it may feel like. When I squeeze / roll it between my fingers it feels like lumpy fat extending from the bottom of my chest out to the side.

I don't have puffy / sensative nipples. I am not sure if what I have is simply fat on my chest or if it is indeed fatty gyno.

Here are some pics (I'm a little more lean now, that was 13 %, I'm about 10% now)

Do you think it's fat or gyno on the outer / bottom of my chest?

If the area feels different than the fat on the rest of the chest, odds are it's some form of gyno. If there are no hard or tough lumps, then it's probably just pseudo-gyno, not actual breast tissue development.

dude... that's the exact same thing I've been struggling with my whole life. These "fat bands" extending from the nipple out to the side of the pecs almost to the Lats. The annoying thing about it is that it sort of pulls my nipple off to one side and misshapes my chest. I cannot get any lower pec development.

Here is what I did. I got some T-Gel from custom nutrition and some powdered nolva. Put the powdered nolva into the T-gel and applied it topically to the area. It has not gone away 100%, but through using the T-Gel/Nolva mix and Lipoderm-Ultra together, it has gone down to about 50% of its original size. I'm just going to have to keep using it...

What you have is not really gyno. It's hard to explain. My doctor explained it to me. It's essentially "glandular" tissue. The only real way to get rid of it is surgery. It's fairly common...

ya, thats not true gyno..can say so i think cause lucky me, ive developed some actual hard bumps under my right nipple..trying to use nolva, but we will see what happens..

The MW for Tamoxifen is 560 I believe, isn't that a wee bit high to work as a transdermal?

I thought it was just glandular and not gyno but wanted to get an opinion to make sure. I was a HEAVY user of 1ad waaaaaaaaaaay back in the day and had no real idea of what it was, hell they sold it at my herbal store (how bad could it be, right). None of the bumps are hard, they felt like the normal glands you can feel on the inside of your thigh but I was concerned.

So I guess I'm just fat and doomed for life, LOL. Seriously though, I will try what you mentioned and see what happens. There are a couple of other topical fat reducers I was reading about and have shown great promise that I might try as well.

My gyno is under my left nipple. Its sore to the touch. You can feel a lump directly under the nipple.

I got a mammogram and ultrasound to confirm that it was not cancer or anything.

It came back clean however, the radiologist said it was glandular tissue, not a cyst or tumor. He said I have gynecomastia so gyno is glandular tissue.

Nolva wont help much in that. I think you need a stronger SERM like ralox.

Details, Details... seriously, you may be right, but I dissolved the nolva in alcohol first before adding it to the mix. Dunno if it makes any difference.. and I'm not saying I had 100% effectiveness. But I know it worked some for me, even my fiancee noticed a difference. So it worked to some extent.

So when you say under the nipple, do you mean behind the nipple, in the areola under the nipple, or below the areola?

Behind the nipple, however you want to say it. Behind or under...

I guess i am not seeing it.. To me, he seems normal looking to me.. Looks like one nip maybe kinda pulled off to one side a bit, but other than that, looks normal... Guess it looks normal to me besides the nip being pulled to the one side because my chest is developed like that, and has been for over 20 yrs... I am not saying I have a clue about gyno, because I thought I may have had it.. Still do not know.. But I am still going through my PCT with Nolva.. Could someone point out exactly what it is we are looking at... Like I said, I do not see much besides the nip to the side a bit..
Thanks for you help..

Hang in there.. Hope all goes well for you..

Ok, let me try again... I took a closer look.. His right nip looks like it is hanging low and maybe off to the side a bit.. Am I right ? and His right nip also looks like it is really red and alittle bigger... Am I correct ? Just want to make sure i know what I am looking at.. or looking for..

i know i know im kinda slow....

I just noticed the pics on the first post.

That doesnt IMO look like Gyno (im no Doc though)

If your nipple suddenly starts appearing erect very frequently -- especially during or immediately following a cycle -- is that gyno?

I told my PCP that mine was sore to the touch and he included that in a recommendation for surgery to my insurance co and not only did they cover 100% (and pay for 5 underarmour shirts post surgery) but they let me use a plastic surgeon to do it.

Mind sharing with us which insurance company you use?

Real nice, thanks for the info. Im going to give ralox a shot before I opt for surgery, if that doesnt help, then surgery after my 1st bodybuilding show in June.

I have Anthem Insurance which is real good. Yeah, its definitely sore, everytime I bump it or one of our cats walk on it, it hurts.

I would like some info on this guys question... I am like him.. Since my SD cycle, and even now on Nolva, My nipples are or seem very erect... Any info would be appreicated.

I have searched and asked alot of questions, because I thought I had Gyno, and I am still not sure whats going on...
No lumps..... But they were sore, and were itchy. I got several responses and help from that post, but I never thought about the erect nipples..

So,,, My question is the one in quotes .. Thanks

Do not mean to hyjack you thread..

I don't know if i'm breaking any board rules so if i am I'll delete this post..

I'm with Highmark. Someone recommended the plastic surgeon, I called him and as soon as he found out they would pay for the initial consultation, he had me take his name to the PCP and he wrote the official referral. I was prepared to pay for it myself but he told me to have my PCP submit the request to the insurance co and he'd send in his recommendation so maybe they'd pay for at least part of it. About 2 weeks later i got an authorization letter from them saying they'd pay 100%. The plastic surgeon was cool and wrote a script for compression shirts instead of vests and I bought the UA shirts and highmark paid me back for them.

That's awesome, glad to hear your insurance company was so cooperative.

does the lump always have to be behind the nipples, or can it be above it. I have a bump above my nipples, but it;s not sore or anything. Aswell i have extremely puffy nipples, and also a bit of lacting due to an m1t cycle. I am running nolva now, and took a bit of dostinex. The lacting went down. Puffy nips still there. someone help

Get Ralox stat!! See a physician for a script. Some board sponsors may also carry it, but only for research purposes...
